At re:generation, one of the ways in which the personal needs of the Church are met is through pod groups. Pod leaders are like big brothers and sisters to members of their pod, making sure they are doing fine spiritually and emotionally, always being someone to talk to for them.

Pods also exist to develop friendships in the Church, with groups meeting up outside Church life to have meals together, days out in London or to go ice skating, whatever people in that pod feel comfortable doing.
