Thursday is the day for the training of the football team, normally held on the all-weather artificial pitch at Bower Park. Except when it snowed and the pitch wasn’t so all-weather then.

Both mens’ teams train together every week at 8pm, and costs £2. We might not be the best timekeepers in the world at re:gen, but we do start football on time so we can fit everything in, so we’d encourage you to turn up on time. And we clock on to people who turn up late so that they miss the warm up!

The girls' team meet at 6pm 'til 7 at Bower Park School - just check the calendar to make sure you turn up on the right week. That's also on Thursdays, and it's free. You also don't need to have any footballing experience to go, although it helps to know the difference between your left foot and your right. Why does a Church have a football team?
